About the Artists Donald and Marilyn Pohlhammer are partners
in Pohlhammer Studio Productions. In a melding of theatre and music,
this husband and wife team bring characters to life with riveting, original
scripts. Piano, vocal music and dance are interwoven with beautiful visuals
and full stage settings. These multi-media performances are created for
family, adult and school audiences. The Pohlhammers have recorded their
first CD: “Songs from the Hearth.”.

Productions is listed on ArtsTour, through the IL Arts Council, the
Heartland Fund and and are members of OH Arts Presenters Network.

Marilyn
Pohlhammer is an honors graduate of North Park College and Cosmopolitian
School of Music in Chicago, where she twice was the winner of concerto
contests and appeared with orchestra. She earned her Masters of Arts
Degree in Music at Governors State University. As a soloist and accompanist
she has performed in many parts of the United States and in Sweden, England,
Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Greece.
